 🍫 Making puffed rice with chocolate
 1️⃣ Puffed rice production : Rice flour + water → heat under pressure → puff & shape
 2️⃣ Cooling ❄️: Freeze to fix the shape
 3️⃣ Chocolate coating 🍫:
 Dip in melted chocolate + oil
 Rotate several times for even coating
 4️⃣ Drain excess 🏗️ (on a wire rack)
 5️⃣ Freeze again ❄️: Chocolate solidifies
